Dirtiest Taco Bell that I have ever been in.

StWe were in the Taco Bell in Palm Harbor, FL. Weve been there before. It has been and remains one of the dirtiest Taco Bells that weve experienced in 30 years. The remodeled stores( including this one) are uncomfortable - the chairs are hard and the tables small. We will not return to this Taco Bell or any other.

Messed up order twice

I ordered through the mobile app, ordered 2 beefy 5 layers with NO beans. The first two had beans on them. Went back for a remake and apparently there was no communication and the next 2 came WITH beans on them again. The first time I can understand but a second time, no. I was not happy at all and had a fairly expensive order and felt like my whole experience was not worth $15.

Refund

We placed a online order last night at 10:17, waited 20 minutes in line with no answer on the order screen, pulled out and came back thru a little while later after the app went down and manager said there was no order placed and she couldn’t do anything about refund but $15.53 was taken out of my account and we didn’t receive any food. Once we were talking to the manager the app came back up but didn’t pull up on her screen she said and still no food . I’m very upset because I got charged for something I didn’t receive. Manager was no help and I would like a refund

I ordered (3) soft tacos and got 3 hard ones AND there was no lettuce on none...they where also cold. I don t complain but this was uncalled for. I was traveling and just stop at drive thru never opened the bag until I was back on interstate Or I would have gave them back.

Went through drive thru around 9pm. Trying to order my food. All I could hear was the manager in the background saying omg everyime I said something. The girl I was giving my order to just kept laughing at him I quess. Just to make sure he was saying those things about the way I talk or whatever I made the statement I can go slower and the remark definitely was to me he said I bet you can then hurry the *** up lady. I asked to speake to the manager Markus Rodrigues and low and behold it was him. I said I heard every word he said he OK and what about it and walked away from window. Never again

Taco Bell - *** food
My taco party pack was short 3 tacos, the employees failed to count before delivering it to the counter. Let alone, the tacos were mostly filled with meat, barely any lettuce and cheese. I live on the other side of town and for them to have a newly renovated place, they still have the same *** service.

Service in Knightdale NC is terrible!! Every time we go here the. System is always down or they get our order wrong. I placed an order online on 3/19/2021 and the doors were locked to the taco bell and I was Told the system was down and I would have to contact corporate for a refund. so I am requesting a refund for the order under Scott Johnson phone number 919-523-**** also every time we have ordered we are told they are running behind on orders and they are short on staff.
