The worst experience I ever encountered. Even after paying extra bucks, I got nothing for the money. This is ridiculous! I paid extra for sour cream and in return I get no sour cream. Why do you charge extra when you've got to do what you wish? I believe the management need to choose staff who give attention to details. The irony is there wasn't too much crowd to think that the staff is exhausted..I was the only one in the drive thru. Yet, this is the service I get. The only reason I came to this Taco Bell is coz it's close to my home, but not anymore. I don't mind travelling extra to get better served and make my tummy happy.

Never been to Taco Bell so I saw the tv commichele about the Double Chalupa so I went to the Far West Taco Bell in Northern Utah around 11 am surprising that I was the only one there. I order the Double Chalupa Meal now the cashier was nice and pleasant I noticed about 5-6 other workers in the back cooking area just standing around laughing and not up to much, since I've worked in the food industry before I thought geez those employee's could be doing a lot of things like cleaning, sweeping the outside area ect. 10 mins went by and still no food a gal came out to me and said that my meal will be out in a few mins, I started please let my food be hot when I get it. Ok food is on it's way the food was cold and as I looked at the Chalupa there was 5 tiny pieces of tomato, loads of lettuce and a pinch of cheese uncovering the salad part there couldn't of been over 3 tablespoons of meat even the taco's looked bad. I took the meal back and pointed at the picture How come my meal doesn't look like that?? the gal said she was sorry and said she will have another meal made. This one came back looking the same and luke warm. I took the meal home and gave it to a friend that doesn't mind *** food. Taco Bell Corp makes Millions off us customers so why not make the food as you all advertise?? its false advertisment and rippinf off the cunsumers.

Tacobell in Wylie, TX HORRIBLE

My family and I were HELD HOSTAGE in your drive through lane for 37 minutes at Taco bell, 1601 FM 544, Wylie, TX 75098 on 10/04/17 at 9pm. I don't know what was going on inside the store but we were stuck behind ONE car for 37 minutes waiting and could not get out of the drive through line the way it is designed. We ask the car to move out to a parking space so we could leave but the store would not allow. Seriously take a look at who was working that night and why service was so INCREDIBLY BAD. You also need to look into a method like McDonalds has to allow people to keep moving through the drive through and not be HELD HOSTAGE with no way out. We immediately left once the car moved and went next door to Wendys who had our food ready to go in 7 minutes. The WORST experience ever at a Taco Bell.

Lake Isabella taco Bell I went at night serval times there are very little fast food places to choose from you would think taco Bell would be great service it's not. It's a long wait and when you say something the manger does not say anything she let's another employee that is not manger take care of it. They always running out food so you gotta choose something you don't want . There are employees smoking outside all around the building so it's like walking into an ashtray about to eat. The manager is always rude. Will not go back

I also have been getting bad taco pizzas. You'd think they would respond to the complaints and investigate and change this back! I go to the Taco Bell in Altoona, Pa. cmon you guys at Yum! brands! You can't not know at this point! The taco pizza used to be my favorite fast food of all time! But now it is something I wouldn't find tasty if it came from a mission in the third world! It tastes like it came from a trash can! On a side note: the mini chicken quesadilla is better than the full-sized chicken quesadilla. The mini is $1 and the full sized is close to $4. Their drinks are not competitively priced: $2.49 when I could get a large Coke from McD's for a dollar even!

Rudest taco Bell employee ever!

Went through drive through in Pacific Mo. Got home realized 2 items are not in the bag.

Drive right back. I am behind a truck in drive through. They are taking his order and turn off outside lights. I pull up to tell them they did not put everything in my bag but they do not acknowledge me.

So I pull up to the window behind the truck. The truck leaves and I pull up to the window. There are 2 people there ignoring me. The female manager locks the window and does something to the register.

They can see me and hear me. They walk away and don't return. I got out of my car and knocked on the window for 3 minutes. No one came.

I left steaming mad to get my phone and call there. I called 3 times. No answer first time. Hung up on me Second time.

Lady with attitude answers 3rd time. I say why did you do that to me in the drive through? No answer, I was trying to get the rest of my food I paid for. You refused to talk to me you were very rude!

I want my food! She says we are closed. I say I was in line, you saw me! She says it's store policy.

I say policy to be rude to your customers? She says to lock up everything at closing time. I say, you could not have said something to me? What is your name?

I'm Sandy Glass. She says, I'm not required to give you my name. She said she will leave a note and I can get the rest of my order tomorrow. I ask again for h3r name because when I complain to upper management I want them to know exactly who I'm complaining about.

She refused and offers a free menu item for tomorrow also. So I guess my daughter doesn't get to eat her food tonight as she sees everyone else get theirs. I am so upset with this woman and Taco Bell in general. Tomorrow I am asking for a refund, I don't your food anymore!

I am posting on Facebook exactly how *** the employees were to me. Now that might not change your number of customers but I have 300 fb friends and at least they will be able to read it and share it. She deserves to be fired. She should be fired!

I will wait for your response. I'm curious to see how or if she is disaplined.

If you did not get the food that you paid for going back at close will not correct the situation (no food left to give you). The manager should have apologized to you and given you your money back for the items missing.

How ever the food had already been thrown out or put away for the night, if managers would just be honest with the customers on how fast food works it could have saved a lot of problems.

I guarantee you that if the restaurant closes at say 2am, they have already begun the process of breaking down the line, and putting what ever they have away (started about 1am) so they can get out of there and home with their families. If you insist on feeding your daughter at 2am than next time I suggest that you check your bags BEFORE driving away.

Food poisoning

i had my bf get me a 5 dollar box on 9/25/2017 and he bought one for himself as well. So OF COURSE only my box was tainted because the next day he was fine.

about an hour after consuming 1 regular taco, half of a dorito taco, and half of the steak burrito thing my stomach felt super super queasy, this lasted the whole night. So i wake up the next morning vomiting every 15 minutes or so along with slight diarrhea. its currently 11:30 at night and im still a bit nauseous and still have diarrhea.

Im pretty sure it was a taco bell near the tysons corner area but unfortunately my bf doesnt remember and has no receipt. im posting this because im very disgusted, pissed, and want to let others know about my experience if they ever decide to eat at a taco near tysons.

Bad Service

When we entered the building, a very upset customer was leaving. The customer felt she needed to warn us about her dissatisfaction as she left when we passed her in the doorway coming in. As we approached the line to order, we noticed many people waiting in line to get their food. We had to wait to order our food because they were busy trying to get the food to other customers that were waiting. When the cashier finally got to us, she felt that she needed to tell us that they were out of some of their chicken. I told her that we are ordering Taco Bell food. I tried to tell her our order for the Big Box Double Chalupa meals, but she interrupted me several times before I could finish telling her. When I thought that she got my order correct, she tried to repeat the order. I couldn't understand her at all and had to ask her to slow down a bit, so I could understand what she was saying. We waited a very long time to get our order. I noticed right away that the food was not up to standards. The chalupas and tacos were difficult to eat because some were broken and did not have enough cheese on them. Also, we ordered one of the Big Boxes as a Spicy version and it wasn't labeled. I asked for more cheese and they told me I have to pay extra. Then, I asked if they can remake my food and they refused, so they gave me a small amount of cheese in a plastic container. I was not happy with this, but I made due. I didn't get to mention how dirty the restaurant was yet. The tables were very dirty and the floors had a bunch of food splattered on it. Before my family was able to sit down, I had to clean the table with paper towels with soap from the bathroom. They had their broom and dustpan out, so I decided to sweep the floor, so my family did not have to step in the food and get their shoes all full of food. The cashier noticed that I was sweeping and she said that someone will get to it and by the time someone did come out, I was almost finished cleaning. I have to mention that we had to constantly swat the flies away from our food the whole time we were eating. This was very annoying. This is the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to and I hope they can fix this location, so we can come back. This location is very close and convenient to my place of employment. I live in Fort Collins and for now I have to travel home if we want to eat at Taco Bell. This is such a shame! Please help!

Fix or close your franchise

The previous 7 times I've attempted to go to the drive thru in Martinsville Indiana, they lead with "someone just ordered 2 12 packs, so it's going to be 20-25 minutes, but you can order if you want." The 3rd time I was the only person in line! Also shocked that an order for tacos completely shuts down a taco bell, but with the incompetence of the staff it shouldn't. Corporate won't respond and my store leaves the phone off the hook. Please, demolish this location! A parking lot would be a better restaurant!

Worst than I've ever experienced from Taco Bell

I tried ordering from the new app and when that failed I called mt local Taco Bell. I spoke to Linda, (Manager). I told her the I was having and her reply"not my problem, this is a 3rd party app). I tried explaining i just had on my eye and still "not my problem". My response was "this really sucks". Linda,calls me back stating "why did you say I SUCKED & then hang up on me?". I didn't reply because I floored that she would even called me back to even ask that!!! When I tried calling even after all the misunderstanding to place for 2 steak quesadilla's, & 2 streak smothered burritos, i was told I cannot order via telephone. I tried to explain I just had surgery on my eye and will be glad to provide any pictures. I went to Taco Bell and went into the restaurant to place my order...I asked for the manager that RUDE, she came out after the young told her that i wanted to speak to the Manager that accused me of saying "she sucked and hung up on her". I tried to explain there must of been a misunderstanding, but again she was extremely rude, to the point the young man who took my order apologized. It wasn't fault!! Ive been a Taco Bell patron for years! I'm in the medical field and this behavior is unexceptable in any field....I like Taco Bell, but after this experience, it's left bad taste in my mouth.

18 mins for 4 hardshell tacos

I walked in at 5pm, at 5:18, I requested a refund. The money was placed in my hand by Caroline S, the "manager" at 5:21 just as the bag of tacos was placed on the counter. No apologies, no nothing. What a terrible experience. This was in Willows, Calif. On10-08-2017

Slow service

I have been in the drive thru at taco bell in niles, Michigan for 15 minutes and only 3 cars have been waited on. I still have 2 in front of me and the service isn't getting any faster. This is terrible for fast food. I could have eaten in a regular restaurant with this kind of wait time.

I just left the Taco Bell at 2663 East Broadway Road Mesa Arizona. To tell you the service was poor a blind man and deaf man could have performed the service AZ customer service much much better I do not appreciate at 68 years old do have a young 19 year old be snotty and rude with me because I can't get my food I will absolutely never not that you care ever go to that Taco Bell no one in line and you wait 15-20 minutes for food

DO NOT GO TO TACO BELL IN BRANDON MS !!!!!

I was at Taco Bell 1131 West Government St in Brandon MS last night. I got in line at 7:00 pm exactly because I had just happened to look at the clock because I was running late. The drive thru line has a curb going around as to prevent anyone from pulling out. As there were cars in front and behind me, I was stuck waiting. When I ordered, I had to keep explaining what I wanted to order as the menu screen was incorrect. The female worker was very rude about not understanding me. When I finally arrived at the window to pay, and I am completely honest here, the time was exactly 7:57 pm !!!!! I had actually waited in the drive thru line for almost an hour. FOR FAST FOOD !!! Words can not describe my rage!! I asked the cashier (Yasmine) what the hold up was, she very rudely told me that Taco Bell is just a popular place. Seriously?? My wait had nothing to do with them being popular! It had to do with them being slow!! I tried to call the phone number on my receipt several times last night as well as today. They have a FAX number listed on the receipt so that calling them is impossible. Did I go into the store after that? Well, no I didn't as I was already an hour late getting home to my sitter and I was pretty sure if there was a manager on duty, that person would not be of any help. For reference, my order was # 313348 This will probably go unanswered as well but on the off chance that anyone that gives a *** will read this, I thought I would add my story.
