Taco Bell - Burrito Review from Portland, Oregon

I went through the drive thru about 5 minutes ago and ordered 2 steak burritto, a pizza and a taco supreme. Got down the highway to find i didnt get what i ordered. Steak burritto? What steak? Taco supreme? Not! It was a taco salad with no utinsils, no napkins and no pizza! Wtf? So i pulled over to call and let the phone ring for 3 minutes straight, not once, not twice but 5 times and never got a answer! Pissed off to no end, thats what i am. Atleast answer the fricken phone! Now have to go back all the way from bend to make a point and gety food! Hope they pay for my gas! Never again!

WTF Taco Bell

I drove to taco bell today on my lunch break, walked inside and ordered. I then waited for 17 minutes, until the person who ordered after me got their food. I walked up to the counter and asked if my Cheesy Gordita Crunch was ready, and explained that the person who ordered after me already got their food. The girl behind the counter asked me, "You didn't get your food yet?". I told her no, and again explained that the person behind me in line got theirs and had already left. She then asked me, "Are you sure you didn't get your food?". Again I told her "No, why would I ask if it was ready if I already had it?". She walked away from the counter. 2 minutes later another employee walked up and asked me for the third time, "You didn't get your food yet?". For the third time I explained what happened. After about 3 minutes of repeating myself, they walked back and finally began making my food. 6 minutes later they handed me the bag with an absolutely insincere "Sorry 'bout that." 28 minutes after placing my order, I finally got my food, now late for work, and with no time to eat it. I just opened it now. They didn't put in the meat, or the cheese. I will NEVER eat at Taco Bell again.

The worse attitude by Mangement and staff.

Pulled up placed my order ask for all items to be placed on the side. Got the order ask cashier if I could place a order for a sierra mist also reply yes you can,. VERY GOOD attitude.To me my order was very simple. NOT FOR THE STAFF. I got home to find nothing was correct placed a call to Taco Bell, asked to speak to a Manager Young lady said one moment.Manager answer the phone can I help.I said whom am I speaking with,His reply was what can I help you with.First of all you are very unprofessional when you answer a call from a customer you should state your name and then you can say how can I help you.First of all I asked for all of my salad items to be placed on the side,beans.rice,sour cream,guacamole,well it was not on the side or in the bag.Well get home and needless to say that was the worse lettuce I have ever seen.The Manager hung the phone on me and needless to say he informed that he will hang up if I did not come down. I said I wish the *** you would hang up on me.Oh he did. I placed another call to Taco Bell the young lady answer,I said I need to speak with your Manager her reply was what do you need.Are you the Manger no what do you want in a very loud voice. Ok by now I am really irritated I said do not ever talk to me that way, her reply was I will talk to you any way I fill.I said girl you do not know who the *** I am,Her reply was *** you.And will hang this dam phone up. I said I tell you what you and your Manager will not be working for Taco Bell very long.She said *** that one thing I not worried about he is not ether we dill with people like you all the time and hung up.Well I go back up their and when I walked in the door the young lady @ the counter said I did not hang up on you.The young lady that hung up on me came from the window wearing the ear piece, came up to the register and said I hung up on your *** rude ***.The manager told me to get out of his store or he will call the police.I said that fine with me but I want right now is may money back.The manager is getting my money out of the register,The young lady said take your ugly *** out of her,before I kick your ***. By know every thing is out rate I INFORMED HER TO GO CLOCK OUT FIRST.And I will be out side.I will not tolerate the disrespect from any one if I am paying my money for something I expect it to be right. This is the worse establishment that is called Taco Bell if in some way you all do not make some type of changes with the disrespectful staff that have the I don't care if your order is right or not.I am above being fired because of who I am.At the end of the day it is not the company it is the people that is running it.I will say if that young lady had not been held back by the other associates and she would have put her hand on me as that Manager push me back from her because he was in the middle of the counter and where she was standing.She was out of control.And by the way the Manager or the young lady would give me their names.

if you allow your employees to treat police officer like that, I can and will request world wide boycott on taco bell. I am a retired military member with a lot of ties to American legion, VFW, DAV, AMVETS. you should train personnel better. next time you have trouble or robbed who are you going to call the same paople you refused to serv. their should be an apology from the CEO, nation wide on the disrespect to law inforcement personnel. the store manager should fire the cashier on duty and the manager should explain why they allowed this to happen in their shop.

The employee was immediately fired once the issue was discovered. "You should train personnel better." No amount of training could have prevented what the former employee did.

Especially on the matter of respect which should be a common sense trait among all humans. If anything, you should be blaming the former employee and their parents for poorly raising the kid. But I suppose this is the USA where we should assume all employees and people have zero common sense.

Is that all there is to life?

Just playing the blame game. Blame the employee, no the manager, no the franchise owner, no the CEO, no the entire company, no every fast food restaurant, no anyone who works for money, no the city, the county, the state, the country, the President, no the world, no GOD. Seriously, the employee did this on his own accord fueled by his own beliefs, and you want to blame the company that fired him for such terrible actions? Why am I living in this world?

Seriously. Who thought it was a great idea to spawn the generations of my ancestors which would eventually lead to my life existing in this world to deal with this kind of thinking in this world?

I am a big lover of taco bell have been for year but the last few months have been horrible my order is always messed up even thought it is a simple order: 4 ckn minis no sauce. Yet it is only right if i am watching them make it, i dont want ny money back, and i dont want free food or remakes i want the food i order that i pay for to be right when i order it.

Just stopped by the taco bell drive thru with the wife after running errands , we haven't been there in a while and were looking forward to our favorites . Well let me tell you something. ... the tostado prices went way up ! And when we got home and started eating , the tostados were broken in half ......well they had to because they were taco shells broken in half and were sooggy as *** (it was only 15 minutes from purchase to eating) if they would have asked we would have ordered something else. .....well we are now strictly DEL TACO customers from now on ! If you're going to jack up the price ? The least you can do is have the proper shells !!! Store is at 3260 n. Durango rd. Lv. Nv

The Miamisburg Taco Bell is the worst. Slowest one I've ever been to. There could be only 4 cars, and I've waited 25 minutes for a couple of tacos. There is never enough staff. And, they run out of meat or beans, or whatever item they don't order enough of very often. How can you run out of taco meat? The tacos are always soggy and falling apart, or they are cold. They consist of less than a teaspoon of meat, loaded down with lettuce, and maybe 3 or 4 peices of shredded cheese. And, oh, don't let me forget, them not putting on extra cheese when you order it! They are always getting order wrongs. Never have a good experience at this one. It's horrible.

Taco Bell - Sanitary Conditions Review

Went into the bathroom where one of the employees came out at the same time and failed to wash her hands before returning to work. I came out and said something to another employee who only told me that they are supposed to wash their hands once in the bathroom and once after. She said she believes the girl washed her hands because she put on gloves and was making our food. I feel disgusted to eat at a place where she didn't feel the need to step up and ask the girl to re wash her hands knowing she didn't while in the restroom. I hope I don't get sick for someone's lack of sanitation and lack of laziness or care for handling someone else's food.
