Horrible Experience
I stopped by the Drive Thru at 2016 50th Street Tampa, Florida at 5:00 PM and placed an order for Chicken soft Taco and a Beefy Fritos Burrito. When the order was received at the Drive thru, I parked to enjoy my late lunch.
When I took a piece of the chicken soft taco, I noted while eating a small piece of unidentified substance. I swallowed the small substance however, when I took another piece another piece was noted this time is was much bigger. I took It out of my mouth and noted it was a plastic substance. I went inside store and the Assistant Manager acknowledged that it was a piece of lettuce bag wrap from the kitchen.
She asked if could remake the taco. At that time I was pretty appalled to think that the other substance swallowed was part of the substance identified by the assistant manager.
I requested for my money back, and left the store. I currently have an upset stomach and I am very disappointed how the management took ownership of the situation.

Half the food for twice the money
I have tried the same Taco Bell in Alpharetta GA. Each time they have charged more than any other Taco Bell in the area and make the food with half as much ingreadeance.
I spoke with the manager about it tonight and his response was " my name is on the receipt". No I am sorry or let us fix this... Nothing... And then gave me an attitude when I asked for a fork and napkins as there were none in the bag with my 2 poorly made Mexican pizzas.
I am done with paying more and getting less. Less food. Less customer service *** can't even get napkins, a fork or offered sauce anymore. This has to be the worst Taco Bell out there.

The inside was the same beans and meat covered 60% of the surface area. Total ripoff but the flip attitude of the manager sealed the deal on me not eating at Taco Bell anymore and I am a 3 x a week customer.
