On September 28,2023 i placed an order and paid $21.09 on the taco bell app for breakfast at the 1746 2nd Avenue SW, Cullman AL, 35055 location, order number 915545, i went to go pick it up and I showed up at 10:35 to receive my order. the lady in the drive thru told me that they were no longer serving breakfast after the person in front of me just ordered breakfast and she told me that my payment would be refunded if they didn't process it, i was a little aggravated and said okay and pulled off thinking i would receive my refund.
i was not refunded any money and i didn't even get any food. it has now been 2 weeks and i have sent in multiple help requests on the app and have not received a single response.

I went to Taco Bell in Alton Illinois on Homer Adams Parkway last night at around 11:00 11:00 p.m. the order was totally messed up I called back and spoke with an assistant general manager named Haley she told me that if I brought the receipt back that she would give me a refund upon arrival she said that she didn't state that and that she would not give me a refund she offered to remake the food but because of her unprofessionalism and rudeness I told her I would just prefer a refund and I have my cash receipt I know that it's stressful working in the fast food industry however above all a customer should be always right they're paying their hard on money for food that was not to their satisfaction please contact me at your earliest convenience area code 618-434-**** my name is Christopher McBride thank you

BecUse they never do anything right or is the food hot I don't care if u inside take or drive thru it always hand off cold the sore smells bad and the food isn't like any other location around there's

User's recommendation: Never ever eat at the Delk Road location food's horrible building smells bad customer services little to none they never give receipts never want to replace anything I don't care what the store eat out I don't care they just won't replace nothing they'll take it they want their food back because you didn't get a receipts so you're wasting money I come to this location over and over give you a chance at a chance and I just don't get it right every time but hey brother chances I'm taking it further I promise he has a location is not like this at all the food taste a lot different a lot better it's hot when you get it and right I mean how easy is it boss that's like *** easy it should be to just take off the ones man make the food hot not cold not look warm hot her feet I'd never come here if I had a choice not too many choices and don't Delk Road area you don't have a a choice don't I ride
