it was not resolved it was left not resolved no taco bell contacted me ever and i didnt do anything else about thisissue they should literally go inside store and resolvethis

Order wrong and waited over 20 minutes
Paid $58 for food and then had to wait over 20 minutes then said something because it was over 8 cars that drove past from drive through and order hadnt been given. When asking about order they told me the order never got put through!
How it didnt get out through when you pay for the food doesnt make sense. Manager of store was there and she did nothing and said nothing when the employee told us it just happened so oh well. Once I finally got the order I just made sure item numbers added up. I opened tacos and paid for supreme tacos but got only regular tacos.
For paying such a big order and complaining to corporate they did nothing just said the store manager would call. Well the store manager never called.
I wont be going to Taco Bell at that location anymore. So ridiculous!

Was told the 12pk taco I ordered was invalid because the item total came out to 2. When explaining I just wanted them plain as is, so the two items must be the 6 the website breaks it down into, the woman told me repeatedly that she works there and knows that I should have gone into the order and customized every taco individually.
She then told me to contact help through the website as there is nothing she can do even though the receipt SHOWS party pack at $17.99 with no changes. She can only give me two because thats what the receipt shows as total items. So I will be needing a refund ASAP.
I explained repeatedly that she can see what I paid for which she understood but the item count in the receipt is why all she could give me was 2. I declined and am requesting an expedited refund.

I placed a mobile order picked it up got home 25 minutes away. I noticed we were missing 4 chicken tacos.
I called back to the store and spoke to a manager by the name of Ashley. She told me she was sorry and asked me if I had a receipt because she could not pull it back up on her end. I told her yes, I think I had it somewhere. She said I remember you and that she was sorry and if I came back up there, she would fit them.
I explained to her that I lived 25 minutes away, and I was not coming back out. She told me that was fine, next time I come up she would make a note of it. This was my son's food, so he went back up there to get it, and they did not give him the 4 tacos because he did not bring a receipt. I called back and spoke to Ashley, and she told me a complete lie on the phone about telling me I needed my receipt and in order to get my tacos I needed to bring it with me.
Which was a complete lie because she already told me she would remember me and make a note about it. We got into a fuss and another manager Tesha or Trisha a name that started with a T got on the phone and started explaining to me that Taco Bell will not do anything without a receipt and I told her that was fine, but the other girl did not tell me that, and I sent my son back up there 25 minutes away, and they still would not give him the food I had already paid for. Both of the managers begin to tell me I was wrong and if I wanted to come back with the receipt, they would handle it then. I am not the one to fuss about 4 tacos, but they were very rude yelling at me and telling me I was lying, and that Ashley would not have told me to come back without my receipt.
It was a big mess for no reason. I will never go back to that Taco Bell, and I hope you get rid of your rude managers, or they will run all the business away.

Taco Bell is loosing customers because they turn down cash and gift certificates that customer care sent me so I’ll go on YouTube Facebook even the BBB if I have too.

You obviously misunderstood. You are only entitled to a full refund. The fact that you are asking for a $50 refund makes me wonder if you are lying.
It seems like you are lying, were called out, and are mistaking that as rude. What a shame.
Your loss wasn’t $50, the chicken tacos are $2 each. Total $8.
I can’t believe you allowed your son to drive 50 miles round trip for $8. And BTW, of course the receipt was required.
