I Never was Compensated & No1 was EVER IN CONTACT W/ ME . NOT EVEN PROFESSIONAL . Be careful when buying a 5$ box cause it's Suppose to be 5$ but they Charge more than 5$ .

Refund on order from app

I order from the Taco Bell mobile app on Monday night. Order#-903238 I spent $37.31 I paid for and everything. Got a notification saying my food was delivered. Problem is that it wasnt. I was home and no one knocked, I opened the door and nothing was there. I had to order again just so my family could eat. I had to spend another $40. In my opinion, thats wasting money. I have sent 2 emails and havent heard anything back. I seriously feel that I should get a refund for not receiving my food and having to order it again.

Order wrong once I got all way home

My whole order was wrong once I got home. And just healed enough to eat what I really wanted. I ordered beef m got chicken. I couldn't eat cheese potatoes bc they were so hard.

Delivery on the app is a scam

I ordered breakfast for delivery through the app and when it was supposed to be delivered, and wasn't here yet, I checked the app, and it said my order was cancelled. I am not the one who cancelled the order, so I called the store, and the manager that picked up was super rude and passed the phone to someone else when I asked them to explain why I couldn't receive a refund on an order they cancelled. The other manager said I had to contact Taco Bell directly, and I have been on hold for 20 minutes. This is ridiculous, and I will never use the app again.

Incorrect order again

I visited the Saratoga NY Taco Bell. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, with extra cheese, onions tomatoes, & sour creme. I got a cheese quesadilla with 3 pieces of chicken, no tomatoes and no sour creme. But I got the onions. I ordered a 2 pk of cinnamon delights..i didn't get them at all. This is getting ridiculous, and I really like Taco Bell

Went to Taco Bell in Union City Tn at 12:21.They messed my order up and tried to charge me for the messed up order and the order I originally ordered. Cashier name was Shannan M. Shannan was very rude and talked about my order that was wrong to the other employees as if it was my fault she got it wrong. I was left with no choice but to ask for a refund. Issues with payroll

My daughter is very upset that she put in time and effort for the company and they keep brushing her off to the side and telling her they're working on it. She only received one pay check and it wasn't her full amount of pay for all the hours she worked. As a parent and a manager at a food restaurant I am very upset about this.

No one has contacted myself or my daughter about the matter. I am to the point where I will call the BBB and explain the situation to them. Maybe they can help me better.

My daughter has been working at Taco Bell in Columbus Ohio and considering she is a minor, she has been going to work on time and leaving late. Not only does she put in her hours she has not been paid properly or should I say the hours she's been working she has not gotten paid for them. Now to her and myself this is an issue in which I feel further legal action should be taken, wether it's through your company or the BBB. They called the cops on me

Im a Door Dasher who, like anyone else, is trying to make money in a shaky market. My last order of the night was Taco Bell, so I selected arrived at store and pulled to the window since the lobby was close.

At the window the cashier rudely told me to place the order at the menu. You dont do that with DD. The point is to have it ready when you get there. I refused because its against DD policy, and she called the cops on me while her coworkers cheered her on.

Asked for corporates number and they refused, and called the cops a 2nd time.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I will never give them my money, or work for a delivery service who contracts with them ever again!
