Taco Bell has not reached out to me for resolution of my complaint in spite of many attempts too reach them.
The food was disgusting, dry, tasteless, and hardly any filling! Service was from *** When I addressed the issue of our order being incorrect, three MANAGER, started screaming " get the *** out!!" Then proceeded to grab our food tray and throw our food out! Then the employees came from behind the counter and threatened my wife and I with physical violence!!!
Now, after filing a complaint with Taco Bell, no one, absolutely NO ONE has communicated with us regarding refunding our money, disciplinary action against their staff, or a formal apology..
Seriously disturbing and disgusting experience. This Restaurant is located in Merrillville Indiana on hwy 30/ E 81st across from Walmart.

Went to Taco Bell on North State Street in Greenfield at 10:45 AM his morning. I went inside and a girl came to counter.
I told her the beginning of my breakfast order and she went to the back as it seemed as though the she could not put my order in their computer.
She returned to tell me she was not allowed to take orders and I must use their kiosk. I then went back to my car to the drive thru where I was told this Taco Bell would not have breakfast items for two weeks I saw on line where there is a new CEO of Taco Bell He and the executives at Yum Foods should realize that many customers do not want to use the kiosk and if this is the type restaurant that they want Taco Bell to be then the should stop having dining areas inside and go strictly to drive through as you have an employee taking drive through orders so why does management think everyone that comes inside wants to deal with a kiosk screen This is not the first time I have encountered this and anytime I am I will walk out the door This time I had to be close to home so I did not have to eat in car When I am on the road or traveling if in the future I run into this at Taco Bell I will be dining at other fast food restaurants that do not have idiots managing the company
