I placed and order for the breakfast box but I don't eat pork due to religious reasons and my sandwich was made with sausage. I switched the sausage for steak when I place my order but when I got back to work to eat it it had sausage on it so I decided to return it and swap it out for the correct sandwich but as soon as I went back in the store the manager was there and ha e me attitude.
I went to the counter and explained to the manager that I wanted to replace it but she said don't have to replace your sandwich. So she explained that I didn't drive back to the store to get an attitude and she told me she wasn't going to return it because it goes against her store. I said mam I'm a customer and she told she wouldn't replace an it and told me to get out her store. So now I have a sandwich that I can't eat and did not get a refund.
This young lady should be fired for abusing her authority and being rude to me when I'm a paying customer. We order every Saturday and Sunday from this location but we will not be placing any more orders from this store.

The scanner never works & when I enter the code myself it says "Whoops! Unauthorized." This has been an ongoing issue; I've missed so many points because of this which leads to me considering taking my business to the other local establishments whose reward programs do work.
The reward program keeps people coming back, increasing the volume of business and although the points collected are rewarded with free items, 98% of the time customers order extra items to go with what they earned in the rewards program,

Your attention to this issue is greatly appreciated and would motivate myself and others to increase our visits to Taco Bell.
On a positive note, what this Taco Bell does have going for them is great service and friendly employees.

Preferred solution: I visit this location at least 3x a mo. I should be awarded a substantial points, So basically I did lose money considering all the times I could have used rewards I never got.

I put my order in before the store opened on 12/22/23.
Whoever opened the store made the order immediately and it was thrown away due to non pick up. When I arrived at 715P.M.
to pick my order up I was lied to and told I put it in for immediate p/up and I had to re-order and re-pay. The Manager on duty TOLD ME THE MORNING MANAGER REFUNDED THE Meal. It's been about 4 weeks and I have not received a refund and the staff at that location arent much of a help, however very kind. I would like my $82.61 refunded b/c I know FOR SURE I put 7:15 p.m.
for the pickup time.
I know for sure the time was tripled checked b/c as you can see it was for a larger group. I always asked why I wasn't phoned when I didnt show to pick up and the manager tells me they cant see any information but my name and order details.

Had a 90$ order through the drive through drone 10 min back to house to eat. Went through r food noticed what was missing drove another 10 min back to the store asked to speak to the manger which was the GM she said she would give us what was missing but would not remake entire order she expected my family to eat food which would be 30 min old by the time we got home.
I will never return to that store again and I think she should be fired for the way we were treated never in my life have I been treated that badly at a fast food restaurant.
Which between 2 of my relatives one owed 32 Wendy's and the other 14 Popeyes. So I know a little bout the fast food industry.

1 STAR REVIEW WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 4-29-23.
EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT. My wife had the WORST experience out of my 15 years of coming to this location.
Here is the breakdown of my wifes drive-through experience:
1.)My wife begins to order and is then cut off when she still has more to order.
a.Employee says with a non-courteous attitude, Oh, wait, what?
2.)My wife requested a lot of hot sauce, which usually results in about ten packets based on previous experience.
3.)My wife received zero hot sauce packets.
4.)My wife then has to drive back around to wait behind three cars.
5.)My wife gets to the window and kindly states that she did not receive any hot sauce packets and requests extra.
6.)My wife is given 4 hot sauce packets.
7.)My wife requests a little bit more and even states, Ten packets.
a. Employee dumps a whopping 57 packets (we counted and verified) into the bag out of spite while the manager stands there watching.
This employee was very rude to my wife when she politely requested the extra hot sauce packets. This resulted in a UNDESIREABLE customer experience. Also, for the three Dorito tacos that I received, the shells were very stale.
The only part that was good was where the meat was located at the bottom of the tacos.
My mother-in-law and I drove back to the store to speak with GERARDO about this experience. His sole excuse in his words, was that They are 16-year-olds.
This location does not hire desirable staff, and apparently, because they are teenagers, according to management, it IS ACCEPTABLE for them to treat you, the customers, like garbage. I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND EVER coming to this location.
!! PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.
