I went through the drive thru to get dinner for my son and I but about a mile down the road i pulled over to get my son a cheese rollup and realized food was missing. I drove back to store 23742 and has to ger my 5 year old out of the truck to get the rest of my order.
I went to the counter and told them i wanted the rest of my order when manager Eric said i didn't have to be rude. I got his name from a worker there and instead of helping me or trying to resolve my issue popped off that comment. Luckily my 5 year old was there or he wouldn't have like what i had to say to him.
I understand mistakes happen but instead of solving an issue made the situation worse by popping off that comment. I don't think he should lose his job but this is definitely a teaching moment for your young manager.
