Taco Bell - Horrible customer service
I used the app to order my lunch ahead of time to be picked up. Got to location and the woman did not want to help me.
So i spoke up and told her i have a pick up order. She said their is no order you need to hit the "im here button" i showed her how the confirmation said my order is ready and she continued to tell me i need to hit the im here button and she walked away and started helping other people. I asked her well what do i do cause their is no button and it says its ready. Her response i dont know how to use the app but you have to hit the button.
No solution, given cold shoulder. Canceled order and will not be returning
