I went through the drive-thru after a very long day of working and Aarons and placed a small order in which case the salad was messed up I ordered a Fiesta taco salad with no beans chicken instead of beef extra lettuce a side of the Pico sauce and a side of the guacamole however I get home and it is just rice lettuce and chicken I call them back and try to tell them that it was not my order and I was told oh well someone just forgot to put some stuff on there the order was not right and I had to sit in the Drive-Thru for 30 minutes five of those minutes was sitting at the window waiting for her to even take the money to pay for the order then when I call them I get hung up on after I say then I guess I have to contact corporate because I did not want to sit another 20 to 30 minutes in the drive thru this is the worst customer service I have ever had and the poorest manager service I have ever received I have taken a photo of my receipt as well as the salad I really hope you will no longer employ people such as this

So what did you expect them to do if you didn't want to go back to the drive thru? Run the correct ingredients out to your house?

Allow you to butt in front of other customers in line? This one is 100% on you. You check a drive through order BEFORE going home.

If this is too difficult for you then you should probably skip drive-thrus from now on. Good grief the laziness of some.
