I talked to the mrg and basically told me there's nothing he can do once food go in the bag it's out of there hands .... but I have never got food there where the food was steaming hot were the cheese was melted right away ... basically because they was busy I was bothering them on my issue

Who ever made my food did not wrap it correctly and my daughter handed me my soft taco Supreme and it was so hot that it just slipped out of the wrap on my hand and my leg and in my new truck I just got.. the mrg. Did not care and said he never heard of that before happening... he refused to even work with me on getting my truck detailed from melted cheese and grease on my seats not counting blisseds on my hand

A taco bell employee said they don't do separate orders I told her if the dining area is closed because of safety issues then this causes people in drive through line too order separately especially if you're using your EBT card. I got fired for no reason

Yes that's what they said I'm not on the schedule because theres to many people working there an I did the best of my ability to help them so they open dec 6 2023 I started work for them dec 8th had they treated me poorly I have pictures of managers wearing house shoes to work not wearing a Taco Bell jacket but wearing a raggedy jacket her name is honey dry water and she cussed me out everyday she told me to call her b**** if I wanted to and I told her no that didn't make sense also the assistant GM is in the picture also and she should have been sent home for her outfit like I was the first day I started her name is Desiree Jackson so I just went on and did my job but it's not right that Tiffany the rgm's getting away with this I asked her six times on camera what I'm fired for she couldn't give me a reason she ignored me and then she said oh too many people on the schedule anyway I said I can't afford to lose my job I need my money I've been doing all right so I'm so sorry and they did not pay me for the first two weeks that I did start work there I started the 8th and after me working for two weeks constantly asking for clock in numbers after my first two weeks I got my clock in numbers ever since then I was a wanting a higher position my name is Trey brown little deer and they asked me if I've had training in restaurants before I said yes and I learned everything within a week or two and I was still on the team leader not no shift trainer nothing and then I was trying to be a manager or anything they're just not paying me my money and I'm getting upset about it

Disrespectful manger

Hey my name is keaire I worked at Taco Bell the one on 4000 State Hwy 49, Harrisburg, NC 28075 the manger there is unprofessional. Her name is tameika She takes people off the schedule when she gets mad at them.

Then she talks about her employees with other employees I had got fired, but somehow she still talking about me, saying that Im unemployed. Shes talking about me with her employees and she have her employees bring her liquor I have witnesses. all she do is sit in the office talking on the phone with her girlfriend that works at another location. then two more of her employees had quit, and she told them that they are being a follower after me, and she stated that if the other girl would like to fight, she would fight her.

when none of the girls mention fighting at all, then she told me that if me, and this other employee wanted to fight, she will get one of her nieces on us to fight remind you we never mention nothing about fighting. I did respectfully text her and told her to stop talking about me. She told me *** you talking to. Then she has her employees bring her alcohol.

The employee name is Martha. I do have witnesses of her, giving her alcohol and I seen it with my own eyes as well as Martha be drinking on the job. The management knows about it they dont say anything she has liquor in her bag and she drink it from a cup and the management does not care. I did talk to Tamika boss, but she still have not talked to me back and she act like she does not care which she stated to Tamika that she does not care that we got fired and Tamika said that she will make sure that the two other female as well as me cant come back to her store and she will make sure that we cannot work at no other Taco Bell but Tamika did try to hang out with us and Tamika was encouraging minors to drink alcohol when they were talking about going drunk bowling Tamika invited herself to come as well but at the last minute Tamika decided that she did not want to come because it was her child birthday, but she said she will pull up she told them you know Im a lit person outside of this Taco Bell.

I do have screenshots of the conversation about us planning the bowling as well, I do have witnesses that can tell you that Meika actually said these things so you guys dont think that Im not being 100% honest I just feel like Meika is very unprofessional of her job even when unemployed tries to talk to her she does not help us.

She makes her employees do the Zen put but management supposed to do it she does not give her employees breaks even the minors. I remember I work the eight hour shift with no break as well as other minors with no break she just stands around with one AirPod in her ear talking to her girlfriend that I mentioned on the phone all day I also do have witnesses

This is the most unprofessional store I've visit in all my years of eating Taco Bell or KFC.

I returned my Steak bowl because it was too Salty. Manager has a sign on all doors and windows no refunds!!

I ordered tacos instead, they were ill prepared and did not have what I request on them. The manager said since I ate most of the bowl, she was not giving me tomatoes or sour cream on my taco's. I told her I did not eat the food, I came back in before I left with the bowl to get my receipt and to complain about the portions and was told, only one spoon full portions.

I visit other Taco Bell in my city and the portions are normal.

I am a 61 year of professional, Why would I lie about food.

Manager did not come out to speak with me. The lady at the counter said I just work here and threw a bag on the counter and walked off. The cook did not have gloves on, therefore I was skeptical about eating the food because he had just come out of the bathroom. I looked online and there are so many complaints about this particular store.

That tells me corporate don't care about customer service...This store need new employees and Definitely a NEW MANAGER!!!

Worst store EVER!!! Taco Bell /KFC got $11.78 from me and I received NOTHING!!!

Put in an online order under Emily Lessenberry. Order was 40.00.

I rounded my change up. Got to store 1802 Russellville rd Bowling Green Ky. Told me they didnt get my order. I told them Inwas charged.

They said they could t help me so I put in again. Charged my card again and they said they didnt get my order. So 80.00 no Taco Bell. Employees need to be educated on the online ordering if Taco Bell is going to do online ordering.

So when people like me get screwed someone that actually works there can help. Oh and I spoke to the manager while I was there.

No help and quite rude. Ill never be back.

Only corporate can refund online charges. Once you were there in the store and they said they did not get your order, why did you make a second online order? Why didn't you order at the register?

She needed to order online to get the 14 cents of reward points. No matter she was down $40. She wasn’t losing the 14 cents.

I had an issue with a worker at my local Taco Bell being completely rude! Not only to my face, but as I was pulling away bad-mouthing me to the other employees standing there!

I then turned back around took a picture of the menu that she was arguing with me about to prove that I was not incorrect about what comes on the tacos by default. I then pulled over to call to ask for the name of that woman so I can make a formal complaint to the store manager. She answered the phone! She would not give me her name, continued to argue with me, and then hung up on me!

I have never had a negative experience at this Taco Bell in the 7 years that I've been going there! Until tonight! She was completely unprofessional, rude, and wrong! She is not the person that took my order, yet she interjected herself knowing nothing about what was going on!

I had ordered a #8 which are three supreme Doritos locos tacos and a drink. I asked for no tomato, no lettuce, and to substitute black beans for meat. I wanted just beans, cheese, and sour cream as toppings! I had to repeat that three times when making my order!

Not only was the gentleman repeating it correctly back to me but then incorrectly and putting it into the system, he was talking and laughing with other employees to where he made me repeat it another two times because he couldn't hear me! However he did Apologize for that.Based on the gentleman taking my order seeming to have trouble, I checked my food before I pulled away. I did not have sour cream on any of the three tacos! So, I politely asked for them to put the sour cream on the tacos!

I made it clear I did not need them remade or anything just to please I have the sour cream on them! This woman comes I don't know where and told me what I ordered is not a supreme and I didn't pay extra for the sour cream! I replied with I ordered a #8 supreme with no tomato or lettuce! All I wanted on the taco is beans, cheese, and sour cream!

I stated that believe a supreme includes sour cream! She told me I did not get a supreme! I repeated I ordered a #8 which is three Taco Supremes! Then I asked does the supreme not include sour cream?

She said a number 8 is not a supreme so no I wouldn't get sour cream! I offered to show her my receipt! And repeated again I got a #8 which is three Doritos locos SUPREMES! Instead of her apologizing that the gentleman that ring me up messed up my order, she just started talking negatively about me to other employees and start having aggressive and angry body language and tone of voice!

" She acts like she knows better than me! I work here! It doesn't come with sour cream she has to pay extra for it!" While aggressively pushing buttons and moving other customers food around. I repeated, I ordered a number #8 with three Doritos locos Supremes!

Asking again, Does that not mean it comes with sour cream!? (Mind you the entire time I had a friendly tone of voice and was speaking politely!)A third employee told me don't worry about it. He knew that the gentleman that took my order incorrectly rang me up and because of that he was not going to charge me extra for adding the sour cream and handed me back my three tacos with sour cream! I told him thank you and as I was pulling away she continued to bad-mouth me to the other employees!

I have never been treated so rudely over something so small! That's why I turned around to take a picture of the screen that shows a #8 is a SUPREME with there being an option written under the large lettering in small lettering that there is a regular if asked for. By default it is a supreme! Which comes with added tomato and sour cream!

Only thing I deviated from a default supreme order was I did not want tomatoes or lettuce! That's when I called the store to ask for the lady's name so I could speak to her manager (being I have a good relationship with him due to calling numerous times in the past to give an employee compliment, which one time happen to be him I was unknowingly complimenting. I have never had to make a complaint before!

He does an amazing job and is the one that normally is working the night shift.) about her behavior! As I already stated above she refused to give me her name, continue to argue with me, and then hung up on me!

User's recommendation: If the initial person taking your order has to repeat it more than three times and still doesn't have it correct on the screen do not proceed! Tell them you want to cancel your order and leave! Because if not when they get your order wrong and you try to correct them you receive your order made incorrectly and when you try to correct them then you get talked down to in front of you and bad mouthed behind your back to the other employees! Instead of them politely saying that they made a mistake and they'll go ahead and fix that for you!

Never heard anything from TacoBell about the horrible tasting food. Im sure the Board of Health would have liked to have tested those shells. They were held improperly for too long or used old oil to fry. Deeply disappointed that not a text it phone call was received back from Taco Bell. Oh well in todays market there are better places to spend my money.

Made a purchase tonight. Ordered 2 cheesy roll ups add beef, tomato and extra cheese. Got home 1 roll up had no cheese and few tomatoes. The other had very very little cheese and again few tomatoe. Missing a taco supreme and the other supreme had a dab of sour cream on one end mainly on the paper and wilted lettuce with few tomatoes in the middle. The food looked thrown together with mainly alot of wilted lettuce. Very pissed customer as this is not the first time on problems at this particular location. Store # 029111

Constant food order errors and quality issues

I'm so sick and fed up of this location. 029529 getting my orders.

Incorrect and the food coming in. Terrible quality. I just bit into a soft potato tacothat the potato was so hard. I almost chipped my tooth and it was cold The order Clearly says to put mild sauce to top it off they put just fire sauce which was not even asked for sauce and I ordered beef nachos And there's not any beef in them and they just slapped a little guac and sour cream with hald a scoop a beans which was enough for 6 nachos this is ridiculous.

Order number 918609 the order on the reciept is clear as daylight not a complicated order

We're ordering at midnight. It's not even like it's peak hours. This is just blatant disregard. I'm getting tired of ordering things from this location and having them ruin my experience every time when im already paying a high price point to get your food here, At this point I'm getting turned off.

I don't even want to order from there anymore. So this needs to be corrected or my business will be going elsewhere.

User's recommendation: Call before ordering and inform them that they have serious quality control issues and to make sure your order is as described on the reciept because you wont get a full refund through uber eats and its extremely frustrating that a simple order cant be done right when your paying top dollar

And, you keep going despite not being happy with the food and are now asking for food vouchers! Not a singular gift card but food vouchers!!

I order from Taco Bell from 2010 ken Pratt blvd Longmont CO 80501 And my order was coming from DoorDash I call the store and ask for the manager the employee said the manager isnt there and gave her my information and havent heard back from them yet and been going back and forth to bathroom and having chill and headache and having stomach pain and feel lightheaded.

I received a hash brown Crunchwrap instead of my order. Store has no control over app orders but provided the meal. Day two of being on hold for hours regarding my refund. Do not ever go to Taco Bell on Hwy 248 in Branson or Dash from Taco Bell because it comes from that store. It should have been closed years ago

I emailed them because it was an online order and its been over a week with no response. This Taco Bell in New Orleans on Bullard Ave is the worst. I have pictures and the email I sent them.

My Chalupas were soggy and literally had only a smear of beef. The quessadilla was totally flattened like somebody dropped something on it and the extra sauce we paid for was only on the wrapper. The bean and cheese burrito was cold. When my fiancé returned the order to the store the manager screamed at him. So low quality in product and service it is undesirable!

I placed and order for the breakfast box but I don't eat pork due to religious reasons and my sandwich was made with sausage. I switched the sausage for steak when I place my order but when I got back to work to eat it it had sausage on it so I decided to return it and swap it out for the correct sandwich but as soon as I went back in the store the manager was there and ha e me attitude.

I went to the counter and explained to the manager that I wanted to replace it but she said don't have to replace your sandwich. So she explained that I didn't drive back to the store to get an attitude and she told me she wasn't going to return it because it goes against her store. I said mam I'm a customer and she told she wouldn't replace an it and told me to get out her store. So now I have a sandwich that I can't eat and did not get a refund.

This young lady should be fired for abusing her authority and being rude to me when I'm a paying customer. We order every Saturday and Sunday from this location but we will not be placing any more orders from this store.
