I need to complain about an employee in [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA], [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA], named [PERSON_NAME], who hung up on me during a call about my son's messed-up order. She told me exactly what was taken off of the order and what was added extra, but the chicken cantina bowl container was half empty.
She said that it was exactly what we were supposed to get and was being extremely rude, so I asked for her name. She said, 'I don't have to give you my name,' and then hung up on me. I called right back, and a manager named [PERSON_NAME], who is very nice, helped me with my issue and gave me her name. They don't sound like they're too happy with her, and honestly, neither am I.
She sounded like a 12-year-old child throwing a fit on the phone. She's the kind of person who makes you guys look extremely bad for business, and I'm sure it sucks already that you can't find good workers as it is.
She needs to go! She doesn't even belong at [PERSON_NAME] with that attitude!

I stopped by on my way home from quest casino where the free gift to vip card holders and above recurved the gift which was a blanket (still in the packaging). I ordered about $30 in food, paid and asked to use the restroom.
The girl said WAIT , I waited she said leave your purse out side the door I said it's my purse are you going to be responsible for the money and credit cards inside she made a loud sound while rolling her eyes and clearly saying YA RIGHT. I went in and came out and no one would give me her name finally a girl gave it then said next time I n would have to leave it out side the door in said there will never be a next time. Then she said don't be rude to me I'm trying to defuse the situation. After she made that sound and rolled her eyes and said ya right there was no fussing it.
I have made about $97,000 in the last 3 months in 13 hand paid Jack pots gift which I paid about $19,000 in taxes.
That little girl won't make that in 10 years at Taco Bell or ever in hey life time.

I got 256,000 points in 8 weeks and a casino host at Northern quest that shouldn't matter they should never treat any one like garbage ever. But they sure did then the rest of the crew rallied around her attempting to make it my fault because I asked if she was going to be responsible for the items inside my purse, after she profiled me and decided I did not ha have any of those items inside, instantly I was not worth her time.

Hello, my name is ***. I am sending this message because I believed the manner in which I was treated yesterday was racially motivated.
I walked into one of your locations for a quick order to go. The location is store #030774, at ***. I walked in around 7:30 pm, placed my order at the kiyosk around 7:39. I stood there and watched 4 others come in after I did, they placed larger orders then I did, and they recieved their food before I did.
At this time @7:45 or so I put up my hands asking about the order, the young lady that made eye contact waved her finger at me as if to say no order. I assumed she was saying it was not ready so I waited. At 7:56 I asked again but this time she ignored me and came out to attend to a gentleman I assume was from a food delivery app. She answer his questions and proceeded to tell him I was probably just begging for food.
One of the gentlemen that order his food after me and was now eating then responded to her saying no I saw him place his order with the machine. she laughed and walked away. I then asked to speak to a manager to voice a complaint. Another young lady came out, give me my money back as requested and the wrote down a number for me, when I ask for the name of the person, the manager, she said hold on I will get it.
She then walked into the back and proceeded to get back to work. eventually the manager came into work and we spoke.
Now, the reason I believe it was racial was the manner in which I was dismissed and described as someone begging for food. I am black, no one else in service or customers were black, most were either Latino or white, one Asian and even he was offended by what he heard.
I need this issue properly addressed.

Ordered Dorito Locos Taco and a drink. Got home; there was 1 taco in the bag.
Called down there for the manager; the same person that took my order answered the phone and said I didn't order the number 6, I think it is. I asked him who orders 1 taco.
The next morning, I called, asked for the manager, and asked for corporate. I was told he could not give out that information and hung up the phone. So I came here because every time I go to that store, the service is trash.
You're waiting at least 30 minutes for food, and they can't even get the order right, but I bet you they make sure they get the money. The mangaer take took my money was very rude he never even looked at me to take payment or the give food to me

I went through the drive-thru, and when I got to the window, I asked for a handful of mild taco sauce packets. The bill came to over $18, which was outrageous enough, but I was hungry and tired and decided to take my bag and go back to the motel. For $18, I could get a decent sit-down meal at a local mom-and-pop restaurant and walk away full and satisfied. Not to mention, waited on.
When I got to my room and opened the package, imagine my surprise at the low quality of my food, no napkins in the bag, and no packets of taco sauce. The quality of the food was amazingly poor for the price; the absence of napkins and the packets of sauce was just another annoyance. The chalupas were amazingly thin, the tacos were soft and also amazingly thin. Hardly any fillings in them at all.
I had to warm them up in the room's microwave because they had gone cold in the short trip from *** Bell to the motel.
I had ordered the chalupas in the past, and they were good, but the lack of everything in my order really left a bad taste in my mouth. I guess the only way for *** to stay in business is for them to cater to the after-bars crowd when standards lower.
This was surely a disappointing visit to Taco Bell, and if this is the way customers are treated (low-quality food and items just left out of the order), I will no longer be visiting Taco Bell again. Ever.

I am writing to formally complain about an extremely upsetting experience I had at your Taco Bell location at 1479 Mineral Spring Ave in North Providence, Rhode Island, on December 28, 2025, around 7:30 PM.
I visited the restaurant to place an order and attempted to pay with cash, including 4 $5 bills. The staff member handling my transaction must of believed the bill was fake because not to long after the manager on duty abruptly accused me of trying to use a counterfeit bill and repeatedly badgered me about whether I had enough money to pay.
When I insisted the bill was legitimate, the situation escalated, and I was threatened by the manager with having the police called on me.
She handed the bill back to me which I later confirmed that the bill was indeed genuine (issued by the U.S. Treasury and passing standard authenticity checks). Throughout the interaction, the service was rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, other staff members laughed at the situation, which left me feeling humiliated, distressed, and extremely upset.
This type of treatment is completely unacceptable.
Accusing a customer of criminal activity without proper verification, threatening police involvement, and mocking the situation not only violates basic customer service standards but also creates an intimidating and hostile environment. I have been a loyal Taco Bell customer for years, but this incident has severely damaged my trust in your brand.
I request the following:
A full investigation into this incident, including review of any available security footage and staff involved including the manager that mistreated me.
Appropriate disciplinary action or retraining for the employees to prevent this from happening to others.
A sincere apology from the store management or corporate team.
Compensation in the form of a gift card or refund for any inconvenience caused.
Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss this matter.

- App was fritzy; I didn't approve, yet I was charged $23.21.
- Next day, I was charged for an order I never received, despite ordering at the counter.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Took too long..refused at first..finally issued the refund.
Ps. Your app socks and is only good for taking money, not for processing orders. Don't participate.
Occasionally the food is good (they slop it around like it doesn't matter if the burritos are actually put together or not), but the orders are often wrong or messed up or not even placed (when ordered on app) but THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEYRE DOING. if you can go to Chipotle instead, I highly recommend it.
I was charged for an order that the app was not able to accommodate and never registered the order. I'm confused about how the order was charged when I never approved or placed the order because the app was very fritzy.
So I simply ordered at the counter and ditched the app.
The next day, they’d charged me for an order I never ordered or received. I need a refund for $23.21.

The worked told me the order is in. I waited 10 minutes for the food. I came to get it from him and in a loud voice but not yelling, why did it take so long for my food when I ordered it online. He said I don't know and to get out of the store.
I again asked why the food took so long to be ready. He told me again to get out of the store. I said fine what is your name and twice said just get out of the store. Now.
I only have a small time for lunch and that is why I ordered it online. My voice was higher than normal, but I did not yell at him or throw a tantrum.
I work in customer service and know how to treat people and how to calm someone down, A simple apology goes a long way but to just stand there and say I don't know and then tell me to walk away. Someone needs to train their employees better.
