Taco Bell - Rude Manager
this site is not allowing me to add the photo but we bought few items,
I am a vegetarian and so does my family. I visited Taco bell 001975 at delran NJ, 08075 on 5/20 around 8:50 pm with my family and my brother's family.
Even after providing detailed order on subbing all meat with beans, the lady who took order, messed the order.
Knowing the person was new and the order was difficult, requested manager to fix the order for us.
She was rude and annoyed by our request. While providing one item, she told us that we should have listened to order summary and should have correct the sales person which sales person did not do and when I asked her she wasn't loud enough. I am fine with new person messing things but I am not OK with manager being disrespectful.
For the second order it took her 20 mins (order was 2 feasta potato without sour cream and cheese) To be fair, instead of 2 she offered me 4 feasta potato for being late but I respectfully declined it.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
