Taco Bell - Horrivle customer service

I purchased tacos and chicken quesadillas. The manager James was rude and nasty.While whispering to an employee I over heard alk the rude and nasty things he said about me. Once I got in my car I noticed my quesadilla was cold and the other was burnt. He was extremely rude and doesn't need to be a manager or deal with the public

Taco Bell - Poor customer service

My burttio was in gulfed with plenty onions!they told me there wasnt no onions in my food made it seem like i was liar!walked back to the store and the manager in training was just horrible and rude to me after the fact i showed them burrito.

Taco Bell - Ebony the Manager

We received two drinks and one of our items at the drive-thru. Then ebony the manager came to the window and asked us what we were waiting on very rudely. She then took over the window and treated the employee very disrespectfully. I think she needs to go back to customer service 101

I had a friend who went through the drive through at the Mauston ,WI location ,and he is a regular customer . He is disabled, and today he went through the drivethrough and was laughed at, and told that they were closed. There was no sign up that said it was closed etc.

Taco Bell - Complaint

I called becues they git my order wrong and the first thing she said was its not are fault. Its yours and when i asked what is she going to do she said will ots not are fault. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager she needs more training i need some one to call me back becues my kids did not eat what they gave us and it just made a mess.8053979473

Taco Bell in Porterville ca on olive avenue has some of the rudest employees and managers I have ever met. They will never get mine nor my families buisiness again. Some serious training needs to be fought to these people.
