10/3/18 3:12PM. I ordered 2 chalupas with no sour cream or lettuce through the drive through.

Once arriving home I discovered that both were on my food even though the receipt read no for both things. When I returned I went inside and the lady at the counter seemed unengaged and offered no refund or apology.

When taking my food back to the cooks she also took my receipt and did not return it. While I understand that mistakes happen, an apology goes a long way and atleast an offer of reimbursement should be considered in these instances.
